Dylan is our little "Rollie Pollie". He gets around all over the house now. He keeps trying to crawl but can't quite do it. Maybe in a few weeks!
Getting our feet wet in the lake on Labor Day
Well, this year for Labor Day, Dave had classes as usual. No day off for him! Our ward here had their Annual Corn Roast, so I went with a friend whose husband was at school as well. There were quite a few of us who had husbands in school that day. The picnic was on the lake and after the kids played on the playground, we took the kids down to get our feet in the lake. It was a lot of fun. We just wish Daddy could have been there!

Ahh, the missing in action husband due to school. I remember those days and have no desire to go back to them. You are so good to go out without him. Your kids are so adorable.

Melissa I'm so jealous that you have such great outdoor options so close by to where you live! How fun to take your kids to the lake, and to have other moms to go with who were without the hubbies. Dylan looks so much like Scott to me! Good to see you on the blog!
