The day after Thanksgiving, my parents, my kids and I drove up to Niagara Falls. Dave stayed home to study; finals begin in less then a week for him. On the way up to Canada, we stopped in Palmyra to see the sacred grove, the Palmyra LDS Temple and other LDS Church sites.

Here is my mom walking. It was cold and windy there, and she was bundled up for it!

My mom and dad and the kids.

Me and the kids.

At the hotel, they had this big Christmas tree, and we wanted the kids to take a picture with it. They kept looking at the tree instead of the camera for most of the shots.

We had a view of Niagara Falls from our hotel room that was incredible! And we even got to see them shoot Fireworks over the falls the night we got there. They also light the falls up in different colors at night too. When we opened our window you could hear the falls. The next day we went to the lookout point for a closer view. The Falls were gorgeous. Something you definately have to see to believe!

They had two brilliant rainbows there also. This picture does not do them justice. And the mist coming off the falls was incredible. We got wet just standing there, and you almost couldn't see the other side of the falls. Below this lookout, they had another lookout you could go to where you had to wear a raincoat, or slicker because you got so wet.
We had alot of fun, and wished Dave could have joined us! Maybe next time! Thanks for coming out to visit Mom and Dad! We miss you guys!
